Wanda has a vision to change the self-storage industry by making it more accessible, hassle-free, and transparent. She believes that items are precious and storing them should not be a nuisance. Traditionally, when people opt for self-storage services, there are many annoying hassles that come along with it. The most common ones are driving to the storage unit, buying more space than we need to store our items, and having to recall what we have in the room. Moreover, there is often an unexpected surprise when it comes to billing. Wanda wants to address these issues by digitizing the system and pushing for an honest and transparent model in the market.
Solution
Working together with the team, we were able to come up with an innovative product that outshines traditional self-storage services in terms of being smarter and more efficient. One of our key selling points is our transparent and easy-to-understand pricing model, which is presented upfront to our customers. This ensures that they know exactly what they are paying for without any hidden fees or surprises.
In addition, we offer a digital service that saves our customers time and effort. They can order storage service and calculate the price based on the number and size of items online. This eliminates the need to drive to a storage unit or worry about buying more space than they need. Our customers can access a digital library of items in storage anytime and anywhere, and from any device. This feature makes it easy for customers to keep track of their stored items and retrieve them whenever they need them.
We take pride in the fact that we are able to provide a service that is not only efficient, but also convenient and accessible to our customers. By offering a digital platform, we are able to cater to the needs of our customers in a way that traditional self-storage services cannot.
