They have developed a comprehensive service that not only safeguards valuable assets for companies, institutions, and governments, but also helps them understand their historical data. With the passage of time, important documents and data keep accumulating, and it is imperative to keep them organized and accessible. Documaster's service is designed to provide peace of mind and enhance the efficiency of your operations. Losing a house key or credit card can be frustrating, but losing important data can be catastrophic, leading to financial losses and reputational damage. With Documaster, you can stay ahead of the game and be prepared for any scenario, knowing that your data is safe and sound.

Delivery
Working with Documaster, my team and I were able to assist them in discovering their vision: to help people become more organized by categorizing and managing documents. We spent several hours brainstorming with the team to redefine their core values and create a new brand identity that would resonate with their target audience.

As part of this rebranding process, we focused heavily on the tag feature of their product, which are designed in a pill shape. This unique design element not only adds an element of visual interest to the product, but also serves a functional purpose by making it simpler and easier for their customers to categorize and manage their documents. We also worked with the team to create a detailed marketing plan that would help them introduce the new brand identity to their customers and generate excitement around the new product.
